From their sophisticated style to their etiquette posts, they have all the skills and information for helping you obtain that Chanel-level class. As if these classy ladies couldn’t be more inspiring to live luxuriously, they’re also world travelers with incredible tips and tricks to staying in some of the most beautiful spots in the world.
Fortunately, we were able to sit down and discuss all things Refined Side with the lovely bloggers where they spill their best blogging tips and sources of inspiration:
- What compelled you to start Refined Side?
We realized that there was a lack of blogs that were specifically focused on living a realistic luxurious lifestyle. We don’t mean buying a new bag every season luxury however. Luxury, to us, means something that is inessential but conducive to pleasure and comfort. And more and more women are interested in being the best version of themselves. So we blog about how we are getting there.
- What’s been the biggest challenge so far?
Creating and sticking to content that represents our brand has been a bit difficult. We have all these great ideas that pop into our heads, but they don’t always represent our refined sides! We want to put our best selves forward with every article, which takes time, planning, and creativity!
- How do you balance life and a blog?
We plan articles well in advance, especially series and regular columns. This way when you have a few spare moments, you can write an article and not feel pressured by a deadline because articles are available for publishing already. This way we can spend time enjoying “real life” as much as we can.
- What’s been the best thing to come from blogging?
Blogging gives us the opportunity to reach people on an incredible global scale. Whether it is the people we are inspiring or the friends we have made through our website, we can share our ideas with like-minded people – and that is so wonderful!
- What tips would give to other bloggers?
Patience is a virtue! Most blogs will require years of dedication before you see major success. If you love what you write about, and keep writing, the success will follow you – eventually!
- What does the future hold for Refined Side?
If only we had a crystal ball! We have some exciting plans in the works but for now our main goals are to continue to provide our readers with high-quality content and keep them coming back.
