Black Leggings Outfit for Winter

This easy winter outfit features black cold weather leggings from Fabletics, a super cozy waffle knit pullover from Splendid, and cute black hiking boots from Report Footwear.

Styling Black Leggings in the Winter

When thinking about cute winter outfits with leggings, I want to make sure I’m blending comfort with style. Recently, this is the look I’ve been reaching for when playing outfit with my niece, grabbing to pick up takeout, or just spending the day lounging around the house. It’s one of those looks that I live in but also keeps me feeling cute, too! Find all the need-to-know details after the photos.

Fabletics Cold Weather Leggings

If you read my full Fabletics Cold Weather Leggings review, you’ll know that these are the best option out there when it comes to wearing black leggings in the winter. They are so cozy without being bulky and I find myself reaching for them multiple times a week. The time to scoop them up is now because you can currently get 2 pairs of Fabletics leggings for $24 if you aren’t already a VIP member!

Splendid Firestone Thermal Cowl Neck Pullover

Between the “snowy fig” color and the utlra cozy waffle knit fabric, I don’t know if I’ve even been delighted by a piece of clothing more than the Firestone Thermal Cowl Neck pullover from Splendid. The waffle texture builds diversity within my closet of comfy styles while adding to the wintery aesthetic of photos like these! Truly, I’m almost embarrassed to say how often I’ve been wearing it because it is just SO pretty and comfy. There are matching purple joggers, too!

Report Shoes Neema Bootie

File this look under cute outfits with hiking boots because these winter boots from Report Footwear (also available in tan) are as comfortable as they are stylish with their sherpa details but practical sole. I wear them often for everything from playing in the snow with my niece to grabbing coffee and running errands.

Gal Meets Glam Trend Coat

It happened to be a mild wintery day when I took these photos, but I do often need another layer to combat the Pittsburgh layer. In that case, I frequently reach for my Gal Meets Glam Josie ruffle trend coat which, sadly, isn’t available, but is one of my favorite pieces of outerwear to date!
