How to Fit Effective Workouts into Any Busy Schedule

It’s no secret that fitting fitness into someone’s busy schedule has become extremely challenging due to increased work and family commitments these days. We live in a society where both parents often have to work, and some individuals find themselves working two jobs just to make ends meet…

For some, going to the gym has become a burden not because they don’t want to be fit, but because of their stressful lifestyle, they cannot justify the time. I have found that the old philosophy of compartmentalizing your work out is extremely out dated and time consuming. Doing back / bi-ceps on one day, doing chest / tri-ceps on another, and throwing another day to do legs and cardio has become very ineffective. Today’s workouts are about getting the most bang for your buck – minimizing time while still achieving a butt-kicking, satisfying fitness session.

Peak performance workouts that are full body, muscle engaging, and incorporate cardio all-in-one have proven to be the key. Not only do they produce fast, more lasting results, but workouts like this are also more effective in optimizing the time spent working out. Treating the body as one functional unit vs. breaking it down into piece work is significantly less time consuming.

When it comes to home workouts, I like to do what I call commercial Abs / push-ups. I sit down to watch a hour long sports or TV show and during the commercials I alternate between an Ab and pectoral exercise. This can consist of abdominal leg kick outs while sitting on the couch to incline / decline push-ups using a chair or the couch. The key is to alternate between each exercise for the duration of every commercial. You can even add a cardio portion in by doing mountain climbers, jumping jacks, in place high knees, or modified burpees if you have the space.

I have taken the guess work out of being able to do a workout anywhere with the Tension Fit Trainer (TFT). The most common problems most people have when trying to workout absolutely anywhere are 1) spacial requirements and 2) having an effective device that is convenient to use in whatever space they happen to be in.

TFT is an all inclusive unit that comes with zero additional attachments. TFT can be use with the greatest of ease indoor and outdoor. It can be safely attached to any house door from the top to the bottom, and every angle in between. TFT can also be connected to any vehicle door. Jungle gyms, trees, fences, poles, etc are just some of the many outdoor places TFT can be called to action. I have even used my TFT in my office by connecting it to the bottom leg of my desk. When most say their device can be used anywhere, they really mean almost anywhere. TFT however, has solved the issue of being able to get a highly effective workout anywhere. One all inclusive device with zero limitations.
