Packages are shipped using the buyer’s address on file with PayPal. Failure to update your primary address within PayPal may result in lost packages and/or shipping delays.

Gem Finds Vintage/Allyn Lewis, LLC is not responsible for shipping issues that result from incorrect or outdated addresses. All vintage items are pre-loved and have had a previous life. While we try to list as many imperfections as possible, there may be additional very minimal signs of age/normal use. For glassware, straw/shear marks, small bubbles, rough edges, color potency, and variations are characteristics of the manufacturing process at the time and are not to be regarded as flaws.

If you decide to use them for additional purposes, you are doing so at your own risk as we cannot guarantee safety, durability, or longevity. Please use extreme caution when cleaning vintage items. Items labeled as “Flashed Glass” should not come in contact with water as the coating may peel. If an item(s) arrive damaged, please take photos of item(s), packaging, and all sides of the box immediately and notify us via Instagram DM. Do not discard the item(s), packaging, or box until the claim is resolved.
