In This Post: For my YogaClub Box Review, I received top-of-the-line yoga clothes at 60% off retail price, confidence thanks to the stylist who picked them out, and the comfort of knowing a child in need received a yoga class. Could a subscription box really get any better than this?

I’m not going to lie, my life is pretty crazy (just like everyone else). I always have a million things going on and this whole owning a business thing takes me on quite an emotional roller coaster more days than not. In order to keep my passion, motivation, and creativity in check, I’ve learned that taking time to de-stress and decompress has to be a top priority. The thing that best helps me do that (and stay sane) is without a doubt yoga. Now, yoga really isn’t about cute clothes, but you just can’t beat the feeling of wearing a quality pair of yoga pants, which is why I basically live in them outside of the outfits I blog about. When I’m in something that’s both comfortable and stylish, I feel on top of the world and like I can take on anything the day throws my way. In my hunt for stylish activewear, I found the BEST subscription box and I’m so excited to share my YogaClub Box review [sp] with you.
Reason #1: Clothes are 60% off retail price
With activewear, you almost always get what you pay for. If you buy $20 yoga pants, I’d take a guess that they’re going to be see-through after a handful of washes. Purchasing quality is key, but it can get really expensive really fast. With YogaClub Box, you get brand name pieces (think Free People, Manduka, Onzie) at 60% off retail prices! Not into bright colors or crazy patterns? Not to worry, there’s a style quiz that you take before your purchase to guarantee you get items in your box that you love! The Guru boxat this link!
is perfect because everything is hand styled for you into one outfit that goes together. The entire box is literally less than what you would pay for one pair of yoga pants – $79/month for $140-$160 worth of product or $89 for a seasonal box every 3 months. Still need more incentive? You can get an extra 20% off your first box with code ALLYN20Reason #2: Their stylists really know what they’re doing
In my box was a gorgeous jewel toned sports bra from Threads For Thought, a bright pair of VIMMIA yoga pants that hug my legs in all the right places, and the coziest half zip hoodie from Free People Movement. To whoever hand curated my box at YogaClub – you completely rocked picking pieces for my style tastes and body type, thank you! Not only is this outfit exactly what I like to workout in, it’s cute enough for me to run errands in or head to lunch in after class. I’m not going to lie, I’ve worn the hoodie I got at some point each day since it came into my life!

Reason #3: YogaClub Box gives back (to kids!)
And here’s where my heart just melts with YogaClub’s One Box, One Class give back program. In partnership with LA’s BEST (a non-profit that works to provide safe and enriching environments for kids after school in some of Los Angeles’ most vulnerable neighborhoods), YogaClub provides a yoga and meditation class to a child in need for every single box delivered. Every Tuesday, I teach kids’ yoga at Yoga Innovations and it might just be my favorite time of the whole week (tied with Shaun playing guitar at Acoustic Flow on Mondays!). I love seeing the kids come in all wild and crazy and then leaving with their energy much more calm and collected. Through teaching kids’ yoga, I’ve learned that children have a more complete understanding of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm than I could have ever imagined. One class, we picked poses to go to when we feel certain emotions. The next week, a young girl came in and told me she used our “wood chopper” pose one day after school when she was feeling angry and that it helped her get out her frustration. And it’s a pleasure to tell you I can’t even count how many times a child has been excited to tell me that they used their “yoga breath” during a test they were nervous about at school. Not only do these kids value learning methods to cope with life, but they are 100% open to and excited to do so!
So, it doesn’t even matter if you actually go to yoga or not (or you can do these 5 simple yoga poses to boost your energy right at home), just grab a box and look cute all while giving a yoga class to a child that needs it! Everyone wins and you save money.
