How embarrassing is it when you run around all day, finally have a minute to pee, look in the bathroom mirror and realize you rubbed off half your eye liner on one eye! Ugh!

Ever since my ballerina days when we used to use jet black liquid eye liner to draw half-inch wings off our eyes before going on stage, I’ve always steered away from liquid eye liner. But, when I received this stila liquid eye liner in a swag bag during my trip to New York Fashion Week, I decided I’d give it a try.

With minimal makeup – just mascara, some face powder, and the stila liner of course, I headed out the door for my busy day. After numerous errands, a quick run on the treadmill at the gym, my typical 3089734589613 PR girl emails to send out, about two hours of house cleaning and some snuggling with the bf while catching up on Breaking Bad, my liner was still in perfect position before bed.

What I loved most about this liquid liner was the thin line the applicator allowed me to achieve. Previously, with other liquid liners, I find that no matter how hard I try, I end up with more than I bargained for leaving a thick mark on my eye lid. Then, you’re stuck with either starting over, or trying to make your other eye just as thick. The felt tip of this liner reminded me of a thin magic marker from good-old elementary school! Weird I know, but it worked! I would absolutely recommend this product. Not only does it truly last all day, but it is easy to apply precisely where you want it!
