Have you ever had your gas light on for way longer than you were comfortable with? Like on a road trip when you think you’ll make it to the next rest stop but get dangerously close to the edge of your fuel gauge way sooner than you thought? Or you know you needed to stop for gas the next time you left the house but forgot and had to be somewhere at a specific time?
Yeah, I did the second one on Friday and put myself in quite a high anxiety situation at 1 am when the gas station close by that I planned on going to was closed. Unfortunately, this doesn’t just happen with our cars. We’ve gotten into the habit of running our lives on empty, too, and it creates all sorts of problems (like extreme exhaustion and creative burnout).
So, I hope that the message I have for you in this week’s vlog video inspires you to live life on empty less frequently and indulge a bit more in self-care!
