Can you believe that we are 2 weeks into 2018 already? WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN and why is it already going by so fast?! I don’t know about you, but I’m determined to get everything I can out of this year (especially since 2017 didn’t exactly go according to plan – not that any year does).
One of the successful decisions I’ve already made for this year is going back to a physical planner. Last year, I attempted to go digital. It was definitely convenient to be able to pull up my schedule on my phone, but now that I have been keeping up with an actual planner the past 14 days, I realized just how much I missed having one! I bought this planner from Target because it looks like a Gem, but there are some other 2018 planner recommendations here and here as well!
There’s something about color coordinated pens and writing out my schedule that makes my brain feel happy and organized. I’ve also noticed that when I sit down at night to think over my schedule and loosely plan out my day and tasks, I’m far more productive the next day!
So, if you haven’t grabbed a planner for 2018 and you don’t want to wait for one to ship to you, here are a number of printable planners you can download and print out right away!

Restored316 Business Planner
First of all, just looking at the Restored316 website will make your eyeballs pleased. Its clean and elegant feel is exactly the aesthetic you’ll also find throughout the 2018 Restored316 Business Planner (which even includes 14 digital spreadsheets). This comprehensive planner is perfect for the business babe with daily task lists, business sheets (for tracking progress with website analytics, sales, and reach), and finance sheets (for staying on top of income goals, income streams, and expenses). There’s even sheets for planning out your marketing efforts! Lauren Gaige has literally created the ultimate planner for anyone who is ready to get organized and position their business for success.
Paper + Oats New Year Planner Pack
My eyes are just enchanted by the set up of these pages! Between the pops of rich color and the thoughtful flow to the sections on each page, this planner was definitely made for the way in which my head works (so if you ever feel like my brain and yours are on the same wavelength, go with this one!). The Paper + Oats New Year Planner Pack is beautifully to the point and comes bundled with a calendars + to do lists kit (equipped with daily, weekly, and monthly page options), budget planning kit, healthy habits + wellness kit, and meal planning kit! Also, if you’re a business owner or creative wearing 2,432,543 different hats each day, the Online Business Planning Kit (not included in the pack mentioned above) is literally about to be your new best friend.
Indigo Printables 2019 Goal Planner
Another lovely and chic weekly planner option! If you’ve ever been intrigued by the idea of bullet journaling, listen up! What sets the 2018 Goal Planner from Indigo Printables apart is the dotted sections you’ll find on certain pages (compared to a bullet journal, which only consists of dotted pages with no pre-written headers or sections). The idea of bullet journaling and essentially completely setting up my own planner every week really overwhelms me, but I also see the value that having freedom in your planner format allows – since every week is different! With this planner, you get the creativity bullet journaling allows you to have, but with some structure to guide you and a lot of elegance. I also adore the “Turn Your Dreams Into Plans” sheets that help you map out and break down your upcoming goals.
The Happy Life Balance 2018 Diary
It’s definitely called “Happy Life Balance” for a reason! The hand-drawn vibe to the pages of this 2018 Diary are playful enough to put a little smile on your face, but maintains that graceful and minimalistic feel we know and love. This is another hybrid between a traditional planner and a bullet journal. Alongside of a 2 page weekly spread, you’ll find many of the components people often work into bullet journaling, like a habit tracker, gratitude journal, and affirmations portion to help you find more balance between staying on top of life and grounding yourself. For an extra tool to help you manage physical and mental health, I also highly recommend the Health Planner from The Happy Life Balance.
She Plans Printable Planner
When I was looking for planner recommendations to include in the first two planner round ups, this one kept coming up time and time again! Gems are raving about the daily format on the She Plans Printable Planner because there’s a section for both your schedule and daily task list (plus a “Notes” area for anything extra). Also appealing are the planner’s quarterly goals and action step pages to help you revisit, refresh, and renew your plan for a successful year! It’s important to note that this is a 6 month planner.
Ellagant Studios Weekly Planner
If a daily planner is a bit much for you but the generic 7 block spaces typically found in a weekly planner don’t quite cut it, the 2018-2019 Printable Planner from Ellagant Studios is for you! This printable Gem is filled with lots of fun and useful extras like a monthly reflection page, bucket list, 2018 at a glance page, and brain dump section. However, what I think stands out even more is the weekly layout. Separated among 2 pages, first the weekly layout is broken into an overview section with spaces titled “this week’s inspiration”, “top 3 tasks”, “to do”, “to call/email”, “to purchase”, “habits” (with a little chart to check off), and “etc.”. The second pages have space for each day for you to use as needed.
Clementine Creative Printable Life Planner
Hey, can’t-stop-won’t-stop Gem that’s always on the go and needs a little help organizing #allthethings: I’ve found the planner for you! From keeping track of everything like bills and birthdays to meetings, current projects, and travel plans, the Clementine Creative Printable Life Planner has you covered. You don’t even have to decide between a daily or weekly planner because this one has undated sheets you can print out for both! There’s also a habit tracker sheet and a goal tracker sheet that I know you’ll love!
